Image files (photos): at 300 dpi resolution in CMYK mode

Fonts: Note - support for Type 1 Postscript fonts has been discontinued in the industry.

Regarding Color: Color proofs are not required. Due to differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between hard copy or electronic color proofs and the completed job is to be expected. When variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.  

AD SIZES:

Full Page BLEED: 8.375” wide x 10.875” high (trim- actual page size) add .125” on all sides to the (trim) dimensions.
please keep vital photos and text at least 3/8” to 1/2” from the trim edge.

Full Page no bleed: 7.375” wide x 9.875” high  (44p3 w x 59p3 h)

Half Page Horizontal (trades only) 7.375” wide x 4.8194” high  (44p3 w x 28p11 h)

Quarter Page: (trades only) 3.5” wide x 4.8194” high   (21p0 w x 28p11 h)

DESIGN: If you need a graphic designer or agency, please contact us. Advertisements not conforming to print specifications will be returned to the advertiser/agency for correction at advertiser’s expense, if time allows; otherwise, corrections will be made in-house. 

DEADLINES AND PAYMENT: The space reservation deadline is the 8th of the month preceding publication month. Camera-ready ads may be submitted by the 10th of the month if space has been reserved. Print ads may be submitted via email or by Hightail, DropBox, or other file transfer programs.

Advertising will be billed monthly.  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, 30 days net for established or approved accounts.
Refunds are not available for cancellations requested after the issue closing date.
